Transport of hazardous goods is connected to increased risks. The legislator has, therefore, issued extensive provisions and specified who is responsible for compliance with these provisions in detail. We will provide an overview of how to order the transport of hazardous goods by road and air in our department and which provisions must be observed for road and air transport below.

Transport of hazardous goods
Hazardous goods are substances and objects that may pose a HAZARD to public safety or order, in particular to the general public, to important common goods, to the life and health of people, as well as to animals and property, when transported, due to their nature, their properties or their condition. Hazardous goods include: Explosive substances, pressurised gases, and cryogenic liquefied gases, flammable solids and liquids, oxidising substances, peroxides, hydrides, toxic substances, corrosive substances, self-reactive substances, radioactive substances, infectious substances, diagnostic samples, genetically modified micro-organisms, and environmentally hazardous substances.
The term of TRANSPORT not only covers the movement of hazardous goods, but also any preparatory and final operations such as packing, loading, despatch, transport, receipt, unloading, and unpacking.
