Provisions on the transport of radioactive substances of class 7 ADR
Table A of Chapter 3.2 ADR (Hazardous Goods Directory) contains provisions on the transport of radioactive materials by road for the following UN numbers:
UN 2910, Excepted package – limited quantity of material
UN 2911, Excepted package – instruments
UN 2908, Excepted package – empty packaging
UN 2912, Radioactive material, low specific activity (LSA – I) **
UN 3321, Radioactive material, low specific activity (LSA – II) **
UN 3322, Radioactive material, low specific activity (LSA – III) **
UN 2913, Surface contaminated objects (SCO – I or SCO – II) **
UN 3332, Type A – Package, special form **
UN 2915, Type A – package, non-special form **
( ** non-fissile or fissile, excepted)
Other UN numbers for radioactive substances are: 2909, 2912, 3324, 3325, 3326, 3333, 3327, 2917, 3329, 2916, 3328, 3323, 3330, 2919, 3331, 2978 und 2977
