An idea can change the world once put into practice. Our design department will provide your ideas with the technological basis to turn them into a tangible, functional product.

The technical framework conditions, such as function, choice of material, and the like, will be discussed and determined in close cooperation with you. We will then create a virtual model using one of our modern 3D CAD systems Solid Works. We will create the drawing sets required for production and pass them on to our production unit once the model meets your requirements. We also create machine processes for our CNC machining centres directly on the basis of the 3D design for more complex components. Of course, every project is archived so that you can reorder spare parts or entire projects at any time.

Material selection

The materials we process are primarily metals and plastics such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, and bronze as well as PVC, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate, Teflon® and Delrin®. We can also process more unusual materials such as titanium, cobalt-chrome alloys, and PEEK if necessary.
We can also offer a broad spectrum of joining techniques in addition to the wide range of machining and non-cutting moulding options. Welding, soldering, bonding, and riveting metals and plastics are easy for us.
