ZENTRALBEREICH Neuenheimer Feld Seminar room technology
We make sure that the technical equipment is working here as well. We are responsible for the installation and maintenance of the audio/video technology in the lecture theatres and seminar rooms that are under the administration of the SERVICE CENTRE Neuenheimer Feld. Of course, we are also happy to advise you on equipping your seminar room with this technology. We will gladly help you with implementation.
Hybrid teaching
Six seminar rooms managed by the ZNF can be used for hybrid courses. We have built media trolleys for this purpose. They have a PC and a small sound system installed. One such media trolley is also available in the large lecture hall (INF306). It is also equipped with a throw microphone in order to make the statements of the audience present understandable for the students participating at home.
Audio technology
Sound amplification is useful starting at an audience of approx. 90 people. This applies accordingly if videos or presentations are to be shown with sound, as the projector’s speakers are generally insufficient.
Wireless microphone systems
Please coordinate in advance on whether radio microphones are already in operation in the immediate vicinity and which carrier frequency they use. If radio microphones in the vicinity use the same carrier frequency, interference such as strange noises or failures are likely. We will be happy to help you set the carrier frequencies.
Projectors (video projectors)
We can also implement the mechanical and electronic security of your projector in cooperation with our department Precision Mechanics.
