Our staff will be happy to advise you on the specifications and options if you have decided to purchase an electronic access control system. Installation/relocation within the Theoretikum must always be coordinated with the department Building Administration.
We will only install access control systems from Manjago & Henns and door code devices from EffEff. It is our experience that these offer a very good price-/performance ratio.
General information on locking facilities
Automatic opening hours
We can set up automatic opening hours on electronic locking facilities for individual days of the week or on a daily basis. Permanent opening can be interrupted for company holidays and public holidays. Automatic opening hours on electronic locking facilities can be changed by email within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Please submit any requests to us in time.
Unlocking/blocking ID
Unlocking or blocking of electronic ID cards must be requested from Dept. 1.1 Building Administration using the corresponding form. Implementation usually takes place within 3 working days.
Reading out the access data
The access data generally can be read out. However, this can only be initiated by the head of the facility. This will only be done in justified exceptional cases and only with the consent of the staff council and in presence of a staff council member.
