Our department is responsible for housekeeping activities in the THEORETIKUM and parts of the Neuenheimer Feld. Our range of services comprises janitorial services, locksmith work, operation of the central mailroom in Neuenheimer Feld, as well as internal transport services for mail and hazardous goods.
Our caretakers also record building defects, which are submitted in writing to the University Building Office for remedy in addition to general caretaking activities. You will find the mailroom in building INF367/EG. Inbound and outbound mail is processed there and distributed to the departments. You may also submit your requests for necessary maintenance cleaning to us in writing. We will review and approve these. Our metalworking shop manufactures customised metal products in accordance with your wishes. We also offer repair work on existing frames.
