ZENTRALBEREICH Neuenheimer Feld Parking in the THEORETIKUM

1. Deliverers for loading and unloading (max. 2 hours)

Deliverers may obtain a special parking pass, valid for up to two hours, at the gate. It is free of charge and meant exclusively for loading and unloading. Please register at the gate upon entering (INF 367).

2. Max. entry height of lorries: 3.40 m (!)

Lorries do not require a special parking permit since they will park only for short periods of time for loading and unloading in the inner area of the THEORETIKUM. (ATTENTION: Entrance height at the THEORETIKUM max 3.40 m)

3. Service companies and craft operations (contract work in the Theoretikum)

a. Buy a day ticket* at the LIZ (Parking Management Control and Information Centre, INF 165) and hand it in to building administration (INF 346, room 110) after entering the THEORETIKUM. We will then issue you with a special entrance ticket for the entire day.
*Please request a day parking ticket for the THEORETIKUM and a receipt from the LIZ. We cannot issue any receipts retroactively!

b. The ordering department / construction office / client will complete the “Entrance permit for service providers” form: Einfahrgenehmigung Servicefirmen and submit it to our department at parken@znf.uni-heidelberg.de no later than three working days before the work deployment.
We will then create a special entrance permit to be collected at the our (INF 367) gate upon entrance. The fees of €10 for the entrance permit will be charged to the customer card of the respective client.
