Building defects and repairs in all ZNF buildings shall be the responsibility of our department Building Services. The deployments shall be coordinated by our administration. Find a brief overview for orientation below:
What to do in the event of minor defects and faults?
Please contact the caretaker in charge in this case. The caretaker will repair the damage if possible and report it to us otherwise.
What to do for adaptation measures of your rooms?
Please contact the building administration for any adaptation measures in your rooms, such as additional power connections or new supply lines in the laboratories or connections for equipment, etc.

What to do in the event of acute defects and faults in the building technology?
Please contact the KTG fault reporting centre directly on +49 6221-5111 if any acute faults and defects of the building technology occur, e.g., affecting the electrical, air conditioning/ventilation and sanitary systems.
